We're looking for a creative visual designer to develop creative visuals and deliver compelling original content across multiple product, content, experiential, interactive and communication platforms for and on behalf of and for Screetract Solutions (for clients and company related communication).

This includes:

  • Ideation and conceptualization (Of/for Graphics, Mood boards, wireframes etc.)
  • Developing Illustrations, Photos, Templates Fonts and Typography
  • Developing Digital and Non-digital Branding assets
  • Designing for Print and non-print channels
  • Graphics for Websites (Still/Video)
  • Graphics for Social Media (Still/Video)
  • Expansion to UI/UX and Product Design

Experience Required:
0 - 2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce the design and production for social media graphics, websites, product graphics, logos, static and rich banner ads, email templates, newsletters, video creation, and motion graphics
  • Translate product positioning, existing research, and turning marketing strategies into effective, creative, and conceptual designs.
  • Study design briefs and determine requirements
  • Able to conceptualize visuals, prepare rough drafts and present ideas
  • Should have motivation to maintain and improve design standards
  • Willingness to amend designs after feedback
  • Ability to work on tight schedules
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
  • As a designer you must feel confident enough to contribute to the entire creative process
  • Timely deliverables with minimum revisions and multiple iterations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Technical Requirements:

  • Adobe CC: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Affects,Premier Pro
  • Other support tools: Canva, Freepik
  • Supportive Digital Experience Enhancement (UI/UX capabilities like Sketch or Figma)
  • Google Docs & Slides (Back-end capabilities to create master slides and documents)
  • Working knowledge on Google Workspace
  • Candidates with AI Tools proficiency will be preferred

Qualifications:

  • Preference to Bachelor's or Master's degree in digital design and illustration, graphic design, graphic communications, or related field
  • Strong portfolio of design work (Mandatory)
