We are looking for a skilled professional with 5-8 years of experience to lead our team as a TOSCA Test Lead. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and experience with TOSCA Testsuite.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for complex software applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Design, develop, and execute automated tests using TOSCA Testsuite.
  • Analyze and report defects found during testing, working with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices for testing.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in software testing.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience with TOSCA Testsuite and automation testing frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
  • Ability to design and execute tests that meet business requirements.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
