BDEs prepare proposals and presentations, manage sales pipelines, and attend industry events to expand the client base. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify & Pursue Opportunities: Conduct market research and network to find profitable business opportunities and new leads.
  • Develop Strategies: Create and implement strategies and outreach campaigns to achieve business goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations, negotiate contracts and pricing, and manage clients through the sales pipeline.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and other teams to align strategies and support sales efforts.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, track progress, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
  • Event Representation: Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings to represent the company and generate leads.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivation, results-orientation, and ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
