SummaryAn experienced professional is sought to manage all aspects of crisis management and business continuity for the Center of Excellence (CoE) sites. This involves coordinating Business Continuity (BC) functions, conducting Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and risk assessments, and developing and maintaining BC Plans (BCPs). The role provides crisis support, collaborates with stakeholders during disruptions, and serves as the program's Divisional Coordinator. A key responsibility is leading the annual maintenance activities for the ISO 22301 certification across the CoE sites.

Responsibilities- Support and coordinate Business Continuity planning efforts, focusing on conducting Business Impact Analyses and developing Business Continuity Plans for the CoE.
- Take immediate action in response to significant events (e.g., tropical cyclones, pandemics) by supporting CoE incident response calls during large-scale crisis events.
- Utilize Business Continuity planning tools and ensure program updates align with key deliverables within the CoE.
- Serve as the relationship owner and troubleshoot issues for the global business continuity planning software used by CoE users.
- Facilitate meetings, mock/simulation exercises, and emergency notifications related to the execution of Business Continuity Plans within the CoE.
- Oversee training and awareness activities within the CoE to promote a culture of resilience in crisis management and business continuity.
- Manage and maintain crisis management and business continuity communications, e-mail, and digital resources for the CoE sites.
- Perform program and project activities as assigned by the Manager.
- Serve as the Crisis Management and Business Continuity program Divisional Coordinator, supporting the Divisional Sponsor in compliance with the global program and policy.
- Lead the annual maintenance activities related to the ISO 22301 certification for the CoE sites.
- 3 or more years of experience in business continuity, crisis management, emergency management, or risk management.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., business continuity, crisis management, risk management, emergency management) preferred.
- DRI International Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) preferred.
- Availability for after-hours and weekend work during emergency situations to support key risk areas and large-scale disasters.
- Ability to travel occasionally (less than 10 PERCENT ).
- Proficiency in PC and database skills, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, SharePoint, and Word.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with management across the organization.
- Excellent project management skills, strong analytical skills, and proficient in oral and written communication.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team, with demonstrated accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
