About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior React Native Developer to lead the development of high-performance mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building scalable, secure, and user-friendly apps and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end development of mobile applications using React Native.
  • Architect, design, and implement high-quality mobile features and UI components.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, libraries, and native modules (iOS & Android).
  • Optimize application performance, memory usage, and overall user experience.
  • Ensure code quality through proper testing, code reviews, and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA teams.
  • Mentor junior developers and guide the team on best coding practices.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues, crashes, and production incidents.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in mobile development, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6–7 years of professional experience in mobile app development, with at least 5+ years in React Native.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and ES6+ concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with React Hooks, Redux/MobX, and advanced RN patterns.
  • Experience with building native modules for iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Java/Kotlin).
  • Good understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, JSON, and offline storage (SQLite, Realm, AsyncStorage).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, App Store & Play Store deployments.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Detox, or Appium.
  • Solid understanding of mobile performance optimization and memory management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80, ₹120,000.00 per month
