About the Role

We are looking for a
Data Analyst
with proven experience in the
NBFC sector
, particularly in handling
credit vertical data, collections, and MIS reporting
. The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in
Power BI, SQL, and Excel automation
, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and manage
    Power BI dashboards
    for credit, collections, and MIS reporting.
  • Automate
    Excel-based processes
    (using Macros, VBA, Power Query) to streamline reporting.
  • Write and optimize
    SQL queries
    to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
  • Conduct
    credit vertical analysis
    , including loan performance, collection efficiency, and portfolio trends.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide
    data-driven insights
    for decision-making.
  • Ensure
    accuracy, integrity, and timeliness
    of all MIS and reporting deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Mandatory
    : 2–3 years of experience in an
    NBFC/Financial Services organization
    .
  • Strong expertise in
    Power BI
    (dashboard creation, DAX, data modeling).
  • Proficiency in
    SQL
    for data extraction and report generation.
  • Advanced
    Excel automation skills
    (Macros, VBA, Power Query).
  • Experience in
    credit/collections data analysis
    and MIS reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
