  • Qualification : Graduate, Experience 1-2 years,
  • Data entry Work Related to HR Documents, Efficiency in English Typing, Word, Excel, Emailing, Basic Management Skills.
  • Basic Knowhow of PF, ESIC other statutory compliances, Insurance Policies, Etc.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for site and office positions.
  • Conduct interviews & shortlist candidates
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new hires.
  • Manage attendance, leave Sites
  • Maintain accurate HR data and employee records in ERP.
  • Maintain HR files, letters, and internal documentation.
  • Track probation reviews and ensure timely confirmations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14, ₹20,000.00 per month
