Shift Timings: 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM IST

Job Summary:

Were hiring an experienced SAP MDM Specialist to support master data governance initiatives, ensure high data quality, and contribute to SAP S/4HANA data projects. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity and lifecycle of business-critical master data.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, update, and maintain SAP master data (e.g., vendor, customer, material, product)

Monitor data consistency, accuracy, and resolve issues such as duplicates or missing fields

Define and enforce data governance standards and procedures

Collaborate with business units (Finance, Sales, Procurement) to meet data needs

Configure and maintain SAP MDM/MDG functionality and workflows

Conduct data validation, error prevention, and support system enhancements

Manage data migration activities during upgrades or implementation

Define interfaces to integrate SAP with external systems and tools

Create reports and dashboards for data quality KPIs and compliance monitoring

Contribute to audit preparation and ensure regulatory data compliance

Identify and lead process automation and optimization initiatives

Provide training and documentation to business and technical stakeholders

Qualifications Required:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP MDM/MDG

Proficiency in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments

Familiarity with tools like LSMW, SAP Data Services, ETL, SQL, Excel

Understanding of key SAP modules (MM, SD, FI) and their master data relationships

Bachelors in IT, Data Management, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP Certification in MDM or MDG

Experience with Informatica, BODS, or other migration tools

Domain knowledge in manufacturing, finance, pharma, or beverage industries

Exposure to data lifecycle management and retention policies

Soft Skills:

High attention to detail and data accuracy

Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and proactively

Solution-driven mindset with continuous improvement attitude
