This role is ideal for freshers or individuals seeking an entry-level position that involves both customer service and an introduction to the healthcare/diagnostics industry.

  • Make calls to potential and existing patients/B2B clients to provide information about lab services, promotions, and offers. Handle inbound calls, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
  • Schedule patient appointments for sample collection or consultations, manage the booking calendar, and send reminders
  • Explain lab test procedures, pricing, and report collection processes clearly and accurately to callers
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, transactions, and lead information in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system or database
  • Collaborate with lab technicians and other staff to ensure seamless patient experience and efficient service delivery
