About the Role
We are looking for a smart and organized Sales Coordinator who can support the sales team with backend operations, documentation, client coordination, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should be good at communication, documentation, and MS Office, with the ability to handle day-to-day sales operations smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and format quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
- Handle client coordination, follow-ups, and basic cold calling.
- Draft and send formal business emails, maintain communication logs.
- Maintain and update sales reports, MIS sheets, and Excel trackers.
- Manage CRM entries, data records, and backend documentation.
- Coordinate internally with sales, technical, and operations teams.
- Support the team in scheduling meetings and sharing required documents.
- Assist with order processing, material tracking, and follow-up with vendors if needed.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or office/back-end operations.
- Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and email drafting.
- Ability to prepare accurate quotations and documents.
- Good communication skills (phone + email).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of IT/AV products is a plus (not mandatory).
