Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative concepts, visuals, and layouts for jewellery campaigns, catalogues, brochures, digital ads, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to create visually compelling designs that highlight jewellery craftsmanship and aesthetics.
  • Lead photoshoots, image editing, retouching, and visual storytelling for high-end jewellery pieces.
  • Create engaging social media creatives, website banners, lookbooks, and motion graphics to enhance brand presence.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Manage a small design team (junior designers, photographers, editors) and provide creative direction.
  • Stay updated with global jewellery and luxury design trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong portfolio with luxury / jewellery / fashion industry experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Lightroom).
  • Experience in jewellery photo editing & retouching.
  • Understanding of e-commerce visual requirements (Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Tanishq-style portals).
  • Creative eye for detail, typography, color palettes, and luxury aesthetics.
  • Knowledge of 3D rendering software (KeyShot, Rhino, Matrix, Blender) will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills.

Education:

  • Bachelors / Masters in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
