Technical Solution Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Solution Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background with hands-on experience in modern technologies, coupled with excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for providing technical guidance to development teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Architecture:

• Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-level software solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to meet project requirements.
• Develop and maintain architectural diagrams, design documents, and technical specifications.

• Ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

• Technical Leadership & Mentoring:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

• Mentor and coach team members, promoting their professional growth and technical expertise.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Drive technical decision-making and resolve complex technical challenges.

• Development & Implementation:

• Oversee the development and implementation of software solutions, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.

• Provide hands-on development support as needed, particularly in key technology areas.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and implement effective solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA engineers, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery.

• Cloud & Infrastructure:

• Design and implement solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), leveraging services like GKS, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Logging.

• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of cloud-based infrastructure.

• Optimize cloud resource utilization and manage costs effectively.

• DevOps & Agile:

• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and PowerShell scripting.

• Promote and implement Agile practices, including Scrum, to enhance development efficiency and collaboration.

• Utilize Jira for project management, task tracking, and workflow optimization.

• Communication & Collaboration:

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences.

• Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements and translate them into actionable development plans.

• Participate in technical discussions and provide input on architectural decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Overall 10+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of leading technical teams.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

• Mobile app architecture and development experience - Native/Hybrid/Cross-platform.

• 4+ years of Hands-on experience with Flutter for mobile application development.
• Java and Spring Boot for backend development.
• Microservices architecture and development.
• Message queueing systems such as Kafka.
• Google Kubernetes Engine (GKS).
• Queueing and Event-Driven Architecture.
• GIT source control.
• CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Powershell

• Strong hands on experience with Oracle/SQL Server/Postgres

• GCP Certification (Professional Cloud Architect or similar) is highly preferred.

• Experience with cloud logging platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Logging).
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Proficiency in using Jira for project management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
