We are over a year into development of a
game-changing software platform
. Our back-end microservices are almost ready, and we are working tirelessly to create a unique experience that combines
AI-native SaaS, gamification, advertising tech, and programmatic pricing platforms
. As we build, we need a
dynamic Office Generalist
who can bridge multiple functions and anchor the foundation of our success.
What You Will Do
- Work directly with the founder on
company creation, compliance, and integrity-driven processes
across people, finance, and technology. - Identify and engage
resources, consultants, and early growth agents
across legal, financial, corporate, and marketing domains. - Contribute to
content creation
: marketing materials, digital strategy docs, presentations (Keynote, Figma, Adobe Suite), and unique communication that stands out. - Support
hiring for early talent
: understand technical requirements, communicate our vision with confidence, and assess aspirants for both skills and culture fit. - Assist in
product planning
(not just features) — see the bigger picture of how our service becomes a tangible buy-option for enterprises. - Work hands-on with
digital marketing, cold-calling, audience targeting, and incubation strategies
to test and build traction. - Manage
internal communication channels
between developers, consultants, and partners to ensure clarity and progress. - Always think
lean and creative
: do more with less, respect bootstrapped constraints, and innovate within limited budgets.
Who We Are Looking For
- Tier-1 graduates
with strong learning mindset, preferably based in
South Delhi
(local applicants prioritized to avoid relocation/logistical overheads). - Technical grounding
: basic programming knowledge in
Python, C++, JavaScript
, with working understanding of
databases and query languages
. - Design and communication edge
: proficiency in
Figma, Adobe tools, Apple Keynote
to create readable, attractive, and differentiated materials. - Excellent communication skills
