We're Hiring: Senior CAD Detailer | Team Lead (PEB Detailing)

Whether you love getting deep into the drawings, double-checking every bolt, or leading a crew of junior detailers—we've got a spot for you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Turning complex PEB concepts into precise shop, erection, and GA drawings.
  • Reviewing and checking drawings like a hawk—quality and accuracy are non-negotiable.
  • Working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers, project managers, and even international clients.
  • Preparing BOMs that are as clean as your detailing.
  • Using CAD (AutoCAD or equivalent) + 3D tools to keep things sharp and up to standard.
  • Mentoring junior detailers who look to you for guidance

What you bring to the table:

  • 3+ years in PEB/structural steel detailing—you know the ropes.
  • CAD wizardry (AutoCAD or equivalent) and a strong grip on steel structures + codes.
  • Leadership skills—you can guide a team without micromanaging.
  • Clear communication, sharp problem-solving, and enough Excel skills to keep data under control.
  • A degree in Civil Engineering (or something close enough).
