Senior Analyst – QA ,Global Tracking Team - GRL – India

Purpose - Quality Assurance of data collection and client deliverables

Your role as our Senior Analyst - QA

Key Responsibility Areas

• • Data processing, Data validation, analysis and report generation
• Tabulate survey/market research data using tools such as Excel and SPSS
• Create cross-tabulations, frequency tables, custom tab layouts and add Weight matrix based on project specifications
• Apply quality checks at each stage of data processing to maintain data integrity.
• Work with visualization/reporting teams to ensure data outputs align with reporting needs.
• Automate repetitive processing tasks using scripts/macros where possible.
• Adherence to project timelines and ensure high quality output
• Supporting functional team leaders in internal administration and project work
• Leading internal development projects and process improvement initiatives
• Mentoring and training juniors within the team
• Identify quality problems and recommend solutions.
• Make sure the captured data meets the conditions by writing SPSS syntax for data validation

Skillsets

• • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power Point.
• Good knowledge of SPSS with Validation syntax/script writing and tabulation.
• knowledge of Office reports would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of automation/process improvement would be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Basic management skills

• Ensuring ethical behavior and business practices
• Proactive approach to problem solving.
• Detail-oriented with good analytical skills
• Strong ability to work independently

Experience and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in statistics / mathematics / engineering / computer applications.
• Post-graduation in marketing would be an advantage.
• 2-4 years' experience in MR as Analyst
