About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with our corporate clients, ensuring their travel needs are not only met but exceeded. If you thrive on building strong partnerships, providing exceptional service, and navigating the intricacies of corporate travel, we want to hear from you
1. Critical Tasks:
1.1 Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Understand client travel requirements, preferences, and policies to deliver exceptional service.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
1.2 Revenue Growth:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue from existing clients.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the corporate client base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized travel solutions that meet client needs and drive revenue.
1.3 Account Planning:
- Develop account plans outlining key objectives, strategies, and action plans for revenue growth.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
1.4 Market Planning:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.
- Use market insights to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of client needs.
1.5 Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the corporate travel team.
1.6 Report Analysis:
- Generate and analyze reports on account performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make strategic recommendations for optimizing client accounts.
2. Requirements for Success:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate travel management. Minimum of 3 years in Indian Marketplace.
- Strong sales and account management skills with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent Travel background with understanding of GDS and LCC airlines
- Driving license is an advantage.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
