Role : Static Equipment Engineer

Location : Dahej, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of static equipment such as pressure vessels, columns, heat exchangers, reactors, boilers, storage tanks, and piping.
• Conduct inspections (thickness measurement, NDT, hydrotesting, leak test, etc.) to ensure mechanical integrity.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and equipment manuals.
• Prepare maintenance schedules, job plans, and ensure execution as per Reliance standards.
• Support turnaround / shutdown activities including scope preparation, execution, and contractor management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and international standards (ASME, API, TEMA, IS codes).
• Maintain maintenance records, inspection logs, and SAP/CMMS data.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and third-party inspection agencies for equipment repair/overhaul.
• Drive reliability improvement initiatives and support project modifications / new installations.
