About The Role
- The Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing low-code/no-code automation solutions to enhance customer experience, streamline communication workflows, and improve operational efficiency.
- The incumbent will report to the Development Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse customer journeys and workflows, identifying inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
- Design and develop automation solutions using LCNC tools (e.g., , Zoho Creator, Zapier, Make).
- Build workflows, configure interfaces, integrate data, and define business logic for scalable solutions.
- Automate customer support, onboarding, feedback, and personalisation to enhance customer experience.
- Implement communication automation across email, chatbots, social media, and internal channels.
- Integrate LCNC solutions with CRMs, helpdesk software, marketing platforms, and databases using APIs and connectors.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and adherence to business requirements.
- Document automated processes and deliver training to users and citizen developers.
- Monitor performance of automations and drive continuous optimisation and expansion.
- Establish and promote best practices in LCNC development, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
- Stay updated on LCNC tools, trends, and AI/ML innovations for enhanced automation strategies.

Requirements
Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree (Stream will be preferred - Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in automation roles with a focus on LCNC platforms
- Proven track record in designing and implementing customer experience/communication automations
- Strong process analysis and workflow design skills
- Proficiency in LCNC tools (e.g., , Zoho Creator, Zapier)
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and database management
- Basic JavaScript knowledge for custom LCNC logic (preferred)
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Marketing Automation (e.g., Pardot, Marketo) platforms is desirable
