RERA Assistant

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring all real estate projects comply with RERA regulations and guidelines.
• Help prepare and submit necessary documentation for project registration and updates.
• Monitor ongoing projects for continuous compliance with RERA standards.
• Communicate with regulatory authorities to ensure timely submission and approval of applications.
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide updates and ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, inspections, and site visits as required.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other compliance-related materials.
• Conduct research on RERA regulations, updates, and industry best practices.
• Analyze compliance data and prepare summaries or reports for management review.
• Address queries and concerns from developers, agents, and other stakeholders regarding RERA processes and requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on RERA compliance and documentation.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on RERA regulations and compliance procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred candidate profile

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and accounting software, tally.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping.
• Good organizational & math skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Excellent time management skills
