Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality
3D models
of interior spaces using
SketchUp

Develop
photorealistic renderings
with
Lumion/D5

Collaborate with
architects & designers
to refine project details

Ensure
accurate lighting, materials, and textures
in all renders

Optimize rendering workflows for
efficiency and quality

Ideal Candidate:


1+ year experience
in SketchUp & Lumion/D5

Strong understanding of
interior design, lighting & textures

Ability to
interpret architectural drawings
and translate them into
detailed 3D models

A keen
eye for aesthetics, composition, and realism

Ability to work efficiently under
tight deadlines
in a
fast-paced
environment
