Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Photographers and Editors based in Dilli Haat- INA. The role involves planning and executing high-quality photo and video shoots, editing and retouching images and videos, and collaborating with clients to meet their creative vision. Responsibilities also include maintaining photography and editing equipment, staying updated on industry trends, and ensuring a seamless workflow from capture to final delivery.

Qualifications

• Photography, videography, and lighting skills with experience in various settings (e.g., portraits, events, lifestyle)
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members to achieve creative goals
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Experience in luxury photography or event management is an advantage
• Degree or certification in photography, multimedia, or a related field is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

For Photographers:

• Conduct product, candid, traditional, wedding, and corporate/commercial photo shoots.

• Operate high-end DSLR cameras, including Sony Alpha Series, Canon R Series, and Canon Mark Series.

• Manage lighting setups, composition, and creative direction during shoots.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality output.

For Videographers:

• Plan and execute cinematography for events, wedding shoots, corporate films, and studio podcast recordings.

• Operate professional video equipment, ensuring smooth camera movement and optimal framing.

• Maintain a strong understanding of storytelling through visuals.

• Coordinate with editors and clients to meet project expectations.

For Editors (Final Cut Pro):

• Edit and finalize videos using Final Cut Pro, ensuring professional pacing, sound, and visual balance.

• Create engaging video content, including social media reels, promotional clips, and long-form productions.

• Apply advanced color grading, transitions, and motion graphics where required.

• Manage multiple projects while maintaining high editing standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in professional photography or videography.

• Strong command over Final Cut Pro (experience with Adobe Premiere Pro is an added advantage).

• Proficiency in operating Sony and Canon DSLR cameras.

• Sound knowledge of lighting techniques and production workflows.

• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.

• Understanding of social media content trends and visual storytelling.

Compensation:

Salary will be commensurate with experience, technical proficiency, and creative capability, with additional consideration for expertise in social media content creation and reel production.
