Job Description:

  • Client interaction: Greet visitors, answer phones, and provide a positive first impression. This includes professional and courteous interaction with walk-in clients.
  • Sample management: Be responsible for physically moving samples from the stock/storage area to the showroom to support the sales and design team.
  • Showroom support: Assist with showroom operations, ensuring materials are organized and ready for client presentations.
  • Communication: Clearly explain product options and design concepts to clients and effectively communicate with internal teams, such as sales and design.
  • Administrative tasks: Perform other front desk duties like managing files, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office organization.
