Job Description: Marketing Manager for Ayurvedic Treatment Centre
Position Overview
The Marketing Manager for our Ayurvedic Treatment Centre is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our holistic wellness services, increase brand awareness, and drive client engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of Ayurvedic principles, a passion for wellness, and expertise in modern marketing techniques to attract and retain clients seeking natural health solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity that reflects the values and principles of Ayurveda, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media campaigns, email marketing, and website management, to enhance online visibility and engagement.
- Content Creation: Create compelling content (blogs, videos, social media posts) that educates potential clients about Ayurvedic treatments, wellness benefits, and the centers unique offerings.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns to promote specific treatments, wellness programs, or seasonal offers, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Client Engagement: Develop strategies to build long-term relationships with clients through loyalty programs, newsletters, and community-building initiatives.
- Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, client preferences, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Partnerships & Outreach: Build partnerships with local businesses, wellness influencers, and community organizations to expand the centres reach and reputation.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources across campaigns and initiatives.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM systems, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Knowledge of Ayurveda or holistic wellness is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the wellness, healthcare, or hospitality industry.
Skills:
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, insta).
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey the benefits of Ayurvedic treatments.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and analytics platforms.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions
