- Oversee buffing, polishing, and finishing processes to achieve the required surface smoothness, shine, or texture.
- Ensure correct use of buffing wheels, abrasives, and polishing compounds.
- Monitor buffing machines, tools, and equipment for wear and tear.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance of buffing systems.
- Introduce new abrasives, compounds, or technologies to improve productivity.
- Work closely with production and quality teams to improve finishing efficiency.
