. As a key member of our customer support department, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
- Assist customers with product-related queries, order status, returns, and exchanges.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
