Role Description

The Article Assistant role at Pipara & Co LLP involves assisting with audits, financial investigations, and compliance-related tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting financial analyses, preparing reports, reviewing internal controls, and supporting other accounting processes. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Mumbai.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of auditing procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, internal controls reviews, and report preparation
  • Familiarity with tax procedures, cross-border taxation, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaborating across departments
  • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy
  • Education in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior internship or practical experience in similar accounting roles is beneficial
  • Proficiency in accounting tools and software applications is an advantage
