Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Senior Project Manager specializing in Research & Development (R&D) to Clinical Trials & Manufacturing. The Senior Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely execution of deliverables. Responsibilities include project planning, resource allocation, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. The candidate will also contribute to the alignment of R&D processes with clinical and manufacturing objectives, fostering innovation and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Project Management with proven experience in handling complex projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficient in Research and Development (R&D) and Research methodologies with a focus on innovative biotechnologies.
  • Solid skills in Product Development with an understanding of the transition from research to manufacturing and clinical trials.
  • Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and problem solving within project workflows.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams.
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related fields strongly preferred.
  • Experience in regulatory compliance and knowledge of industry standards will be an added advantage.
  • A self-motivated mindset with a passion for innovation and delivering high-impact results.
