Role Summary

Manager O9 Solutions. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert (SME), providing strategic advisory and leadership throughout the systems development lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence key decisions, and ensure that solutions align with organizational goals while delivering measurable value to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in O9 Solutions.
  • Lead and mentor teams, ensuring delivery excellence and accountability.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive key decisions.
  • Provide enterprise-level solutions to complex business problems.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous improvement across teams.
  • Monitor and report project progress to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Must Have Qualifications

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in O9 Solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of systems development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
  • Proven track record in project management methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively across technical and business teams.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
  • Experience in advisory or consulting roles within global organizations.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies in supply chain and planning solutions.
