Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated HVAC Project Engineer to lead and execute HVAC projects, including chiller installations, ducting, piping, and commissioning. The ideal candidate will excel in AutoCAD, VRF copper pipe routing, and heat load calculations, with a strong understanding of private and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily HVAC site operations, ensuring quality and timely completion.

  • Coordinate installation of chillers, AHUs, ducting, piping, and insulation.

  • Develop and interpret technical drawings and HVAC layouts using AutoCAD.

  • Manage labor, subcontractors, and material procurement efficiently.

  • Ensure compliance with private and government safety and regulatory standards.

  • Prepare accurate documentation, including daily reports and measurement sheets.

  • Collaborate with project managers, clients, and consultants for seamless execution.

  • Facilitate testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC systems.

Key Skills

  • Expertise in AutoCAD for duct routing and VRF copper pipe design.

  • Proficient in heat load calculations and HVAC system design.

  • Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Skilled in measurements, billing support, and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

  • 3–6 years of experience in HVAC project execution.

  • Willingness to travel and stay at project sites as required.
