Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and pain points.
  • Maintain detailed reports on insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive improvements.
  • Suggest and track process enhancements based on customer insights.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
  • Ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Experience in customer research is a plus.
