Job Description – GCP / DevOps / DevSecOps Engineer:

Highly skilled
GCP / DevOps / DevSecOps Engineer
with strong experience in
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
and modern DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of
cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, security automation, and vulnerability management
, with hands-on expertise in a wide range of DevOps and security tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage
    GCP infrastructure
    (Compute, Networking, IAM, Security, Kubernetes, Storage, Secret Manager, etc.).
  • Build, maintain, and optimize
    CI/CD pipelines
    using
    GOCD, GitHub Actions, and automation frameworks
    .
  • Deploy and manage applications on
    Google Kubernetes Service (GKS)
    ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Implement
    DevSecOps practices
    by integrating security tools (Rapid7, Tenable, SonarQube, Dependabot, GCP Security Command Center) into development and deployment pipelines.
  • Perform
    vulnerability scanning, threat detection, and remediation
    across infrastructure and applications.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using
    Terraform, scripts, and GitOps practices
    .
  • Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure
    secure, reliable, and efficient software delivery
    .
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance across cloud environments and CI/CD workflows.
  • Drive best practices in
    cloud security, compliance, and governance
    .
  • Use
    JIRA
    for project tracking, incident management, and agile delivery processes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on expertise in
    Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
    services.
  • Strong knowledge of
    DevOps tools

  • Experience with
    Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
    and automation (Terraform, Shell, Python preferred).
  • Familiarity with
    agile tools
    (JIRA) and
