Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic PR plans tailored to clients' business objectives.
  • Manage 6-7 clients, ensuring strong media coverage and brand positioning.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media professionals and industry influencers.
  • Create compelling press releases, media pitches, and PR content.
  • Oversee crisis communication and reputation management efforts.
  • Monitor media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Lead and mentor junior PR professionals.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing teams to align PR efforts with online branding.
  • Support in business development (BD) activities whenever required.
  • Negotiate effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and partners to maximize client outcomes.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in public relations.
  • Proven experience handling at least 5-6 clients in a PR agency.
  • Strong media relations skills with a network of journalists and influencers.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.

Bonus- Agency Experience is a plus.
