Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Senior Lead / Senior Associate (Accounts Payable). The role involves overseeing accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, monitoring vendor accounts, and managing payment cycles. The professional will also handle reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and maintain compliance with accounting standards and policies. Additionally, the position requires close coordination with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations in the accounts payable function.

Qualifications

  • Strong accounts payable, invoice processing, and reconciliation skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, QuickBooks, Xero, or other ERP systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with global compliance standards (US GAAP, IFRS, etc.)
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure timely communication
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Advanced technical knowledge in MS Excel and experience with data management
  • Prior experience in an accounts payable role and knowledge of offshore/outsourcing processes is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required
