Key Responsibilities
- Assist in litigation strategy development and coordination with advocates and counsels.
- Draft and review reply to Show Cause Notices, Audit Observations, Summons etc.
- Prepare appeals, petitions, and submissions to be put forth before the forums.
- Conduct in-depth legal research on GST law, advance rulings, and judicial precedents.
- Draft legal opinions and advisory notes on queries asked by clients.
- Review client documentation, GST returns, and reconciliations to identify potential litigation risks.
- Stay updated on the latest amendments and judicial developments in indirect taxation.
