Title: AR Associate/Sr AR Associate

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues with healthcare providers.
  • Handle denials, appeals, and claims processing for accurate billing and timely payment.
  • Authorize medical billing transactions and ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations.
  • Process claims from start to finish, including verifying patient information, diagnosis codes, and insurance coverage.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 6 months to 5 years of experience in AR calling or related field (medical billing/claims processing).
  • Strong knowledge of US healthcare regulations and insurance policies.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective denial handling and appeals management.

CTC: Depends on the interview.

Location:

A002 UB, Boomerang Building, Oberoi Garden, Chandivali, Andheri East, Mumbai 400072

Shift Timing:

Night Shift (6:30 PM - 4:00 AM)

Work Schedule:

5 days working (Saturday and Sunday off)
