THE ROLE :

Automation Lead is responsible for leading the automation testing efforts using Tricentis Tosca. This role involves designing robust test automation frameworks, managing test teams, and ensuring high-quality software delivery through efficient and scalable testing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Strategy:
• Lead and mentor the automation testing team.
• Define and implement test automation strategies aligned with project goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and QA.
• Technical Execution:
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tosca Testsuite.
• Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform test data management and continuous testing setup.
• Analyze test results and report defects using Azure Devops
• Framework & Process Optimization:
• Establish and maintain scalable test automation frameworks.
• Identify automation opportunities and improve test coverage.
• Ensure documentation of test plans, procedures, and KPIs.
• Project & Team Management:
• Coordinate testing efforts across multiple projects.
• Track and report test metrics and performance.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in automation testing.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Tosca automation.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and Agile practices.

For technical skills,

• Tosca Certified with completed trainings on AS1, AS2, API, AE1, TDS1, TDS2 minimum
• Used Tosca for:
• Web application
• APIs
• SAP
• Standalone application
• CI/CD
• Azure DevOps (required)
• Jenkins (+)
• Other tools:
• SCM: Git (required)
• Automation: Selenium (+), Robot Framework (+)
• Programming: Python

Educational Qualification :

Any Graduate
