Overview:

As a Junior Engineer, you will assist in the planning, design, and execution of road construction projects, ensuring timely and quality completion under the guidance of senior engineers.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Assist in creating project plans, specifications, and estimates. Conduct site surveys and use CAD for designs.
  • Construction Supervision: Monitor construction activities, coordinate with contractors, and conduct site inspections.
  • Quality Control: Implement quality procedures, conduct material testing, and address construction issues.
  • Safety Management: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct safety briefings.
  • Documentation: Maintain project documentation and prepare progress reports.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to teams and resolve construction challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
