: Business Analyst - Manager - Lending Collections

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Expectations/Requirements:
  • We're looking for an individual with strong business and technical acumen to manage programs, own the data pipeline, generate key insights, and drive efficiency through analytical techniques.
  • Focus on providing data-driven insights and strategies to increase key business metrics and optimize efficiency.
  • Function as a results-oriented person with a strong delivery focus who can work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Prepare reports for management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
  • Use automated tools to extract, clean, and prepare data from primary and secondary sources.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Skills Required:
  • Hands-on with SQL & Python (Advanced SQL is necessary) and comfortable handling very large-scale data.
  • Hands-on working experience on any Dashboarding tool like Looker/Apache Superset.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills; a strong data-driven mindset.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial.
  • Ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels (technical and non-technical).
  • Problem-solving ability to assess data required to derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent expertise in quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
  • Coding aptitude to easily and effectively build reports from a database.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (top-notch skills are necessary).
  • Any graduate or a Graduate from a Premium Institute is preferred.
