Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in Spring, Spring Boot, and React JS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications, leading technical design discussions, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to the overall architecture and product strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Java-based web applications using Spring and Spring Boot.
  • Develop front-end components using React JS, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers.
  • Lead code reviews and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
  • Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices and design patterns.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
  • Contribute to architecture and design decisions for new projects and enhancements.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks relevant to the stack.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
  • Proficient in React JS, with experience in building responsive web applications.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and web services.
  • Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and ORM frameworks like Hibernate/JPA.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven/Gradle, and automated testing.
  • Strong knowledge of design patterns, OOP principles, and software architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders across multiple teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
