1) Investor Onboarding (Retail, HNI, NRI)

  • Run E2E onboarding:
    CKYC/KRA, PAN, UBO/PEP, AML
    ,
    FATCA/CRS
    ; validate eligibility and documentation.
  • Manage subscription workflows (e-sign, mandates, declarations), cut-offs, and allotment confirmations.
  • Maintain accurate investor profiles in CRM/app; enforce data privacy and access controls.

2) Cash & Unit Operations

  • Coordinate
    capital calls/subscriptions
    ,
    distributions/redemptions
    , and fee set-ups as applicable.
  • Reconcile
    UPI/NEFT/RTGS/NACH
    receipts, payment gateway reports, bank/escrow/nodal accounts, and RTA/admin files; resolve breaks quickly.
  • Generate unit statements, contract notes/confirmations, and payout advices on time.

3) Partner (Wealth Manager) Enablement

  • Onboard and train B2B partners on product notes, processes, cut-offs, and documentation standards.
  • Provide
    SLA-driven support
    : MIS, pipeline status, rejection analysis, and campaign performance.
  • Create playbooks, FAQs, and short explainer decks/videos for repeatability and scale.

4) Investor Relations & Servicing

  • First line for investor/partner queries (status, statements, tax packs, payouts).
  • Publish periodic updates, factsheets, and in-app notifications; schedule webinars/AMAs/AGMs.
  • Maintain the app/portal data room and help center content; keep it current and searchable.

5) Product & Offer Launch Ops

  • Translate product/offer terms into clean ops flows: forms, app flows, checklists, and
    T+ timelines
    .
  • Coordinate with legal/compliance, RTA/admin, bank/custodian, payment gateway for smooth go-lives.
  • Track allotment, refunds, and escalations with crisp internal and partner commission.

6) Compliance, Controls & Reporting

  • Operate within
    SEBI AIF
    /applicable guidelines and internal SOPs; keep airtight audit trails.
  • Support audits, valuations, and regulatory/investor reporting; maintain issue logs to closure.
  • Drive continuous improvement of SOPs (onboarding, reconciliations, reporting, grievance redressal).

7) Data & Tooling

  • Own dashboards for
    onboarding TAT
    ,
    drop-off funnel
    ,
    SLA adherence
    , cash breaks, and NPS.
  • Administer CRM/portal configurations and templates; coordinate with product/engineering on fixes and enhancements.
