Responsibilities

  • Edit
    talking-head + demo videos
    with motion graphics & VFX overlays.
  • Create
    screen-recordings + UI mockups
    of our software and turn them into explainers.
  • Sync
    voice, text overlays, and animations
    to make videos unskippable.
  • Control
    voice clarity, sound design, and background music
    (voice is king ).
  • Apply trendy
    text effects & transitions
    (think Bypreneurs-style overlays).
  • Balance two brands:

  • : polished, SaaS-professional.
  • Raj's Personal Brand
    : fun, founder-life, playful yet sharp.
  • Stay updated on editing trends, experiment with VFX, and bring creative energy to every shoot.

Skills & Software You'll Need

  • Video Editing:
    Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Motion Graphics/VFX:
    Adobe After Effects (must), Blender/Cinema4D/Capcut (bonus).
  • Design:
    Canva, Figma (for overlays + branding consistency).
  • Sound/Voice Mastery:
    Adobe Audition or similar tools.
  • Strong grip on
    text animation, font blending, and transitions
    .
  • Understanding of
    YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn video formats
    .
  • Growth mindset: willing to experiment, learn, and adapt fast.
