Designer cum WordPress/Python Developer (Part-Time, Contract Basis)

Employment Type:

Part-Time | Contract (Extendable based on performance)

Remote, Approx. 15–20 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop responsive, visually appealing web interfaces and layouts.

Customize and maintain WordPress websites (themes, plugins, and content structures).

Collaborate with the technical team on Python-based web applications or automation tasks.

Ensure all designs and web implementations meet brand guidelines, usability, and accessibility standards.

Optimize website performance, SEO, and responsiveness across devices.

Work closely with the project manager to translate business needs into creative digital solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in UI/UX design and web development.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Canva.

Strong knowledge of WordPress – theme customization, Elementor, and basic plugin handling.

Working understanding of Python (Flask/Django basics preferred).

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and version control (Git/GitHub).

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Experience integrating APIs or linking WordPress with Python-based backends.

Basic automation scripting in Python.

Experience with hosting environments, cPanel, or deployment workflows.
