Commis I

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commis I - South Indian to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

• Assist in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
• Ensure all food is stored properly and waste management procedures are followed.
• Participate in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commis I - South Indian or similar role in a professional kitchen setup.
• Strong knowledge of south Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
