Role description:

We are now recruiting talented individuals to fill our current vacancy for Technical Discipline Leader Electrical (ANA Projects) to work on our projects in Bangalore.

Role accountabilities:

  • An entry-level leadership role leads a large team of electrical, I/C, and power engineers
  • Deliver multiple complex projects and directly manage external client relationships.
  • Create opportunities to implement new digital approaches on your projects
  • Preparation of design reports and design calculations for various electrical, I/C, and power equipment.
  • Responsible for performing substation engineering services (from 69 kV up to 765 kV voltage levels).
  • Preparation of Excel spreadsheet of simple design calculation.
  • Ability to leading a team on various projects in line with client requirement.
  • Provide design input to CAD/BIM and co-ordinate with BIM/CAD staff for preparation of drawings.
  • Liaison with other team members to produce good design solution as per the best design practice.
  • Working in collaboration with other design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design.
  • Building a profile in the industry and keeping up-to-date with innovations and developments.
  • Compliance of Arcadis business management system.
  • Health & Safety Management.
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time. Good communication skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

M.E / B.Tech in Electrical from a recognized University.

15 years experience.

Experience leading teams in large projects in electrical, I/C, and power field.

Proven Experience in ANA projects.

Strong relationships with ANA staff.
