IT Assistant Manager

The IT Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day IT operations, including hardware and software asset management, maintaining network infrastructure (LAN/WAN), ensuring smooth functioning of all laptops and desktops, and providing technical support to end users. This role is critical in ensuring the organization's IT systems are secure, efficient, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage IT assets (laptops, desktops, printers, etc.)
- Maintain and troubleshoot LAN/internet connectivity
- Provide technical support for systems and software
- Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases and AMC
- Maintain records of assets and support tickets
- Ensure data security and system backups
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in IT or related field
- 3+ years of IT support/infra experience
- Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and Windows OS
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
