Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jhagadia for the position of Overman. The Overman will be responsible for daily supervision of mining operations, ensuring mine safety standards, planning mining activities, coordinating with engineering and geology teams, and managing budgets. The role requires a hands-on approach to overseeing mine activities, conducting safety inspections, and ensuring optimal mine planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Skills in Mine Planning and Mining Engineering
• Knowledge and experience in Mine Safety
• Understanding of Geology
• Proficiency in Budgeting
• Relevant qualifications in Mining Engineering or related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Jhagadia
• Experience in mining operations is a plus
