Job Description:

We are hiring a competent Accountant for our manufacturing unit located in South Bopal, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting within a manufacturing setup and be well-versed with Tally, GST, and day-to-day accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting operations using Tally ERP
  • Record and manage sales and purchase entries, including raw material and finished goods
  • Maintain inventory-related accounting as per manufacturing flow

· File and manage GST and TDS returns and ensure compliance

· Reconcile bank statements and other financial statements

  • Handle all types of payments including vendor payments, salaries, taxes, etc.
  • Assist in audits and financial reporting
  • Maintain documentation and support in internal controls
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies
  • Create and manage invoices for clients and vendors
  • Ensure timely data entry with accuracy and completeness

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com or equivalent)
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing company
  • Proficient in Tally ERP and MS Excel
  • Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday – 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Salary:

Up to ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skillset)
