Objective

• Provide students with real-world AI implementation experience using Python, AI APIs, and no-code/Low Code automation tools, with mentorship and an opportunity to join our team full-time upon successful completion.

About The Internship

• As an AI Executor Intern, you'll work with our AI team to build and automate real-world business workflows using a mix of Python, AI APIs (like Open AI and Hugging Face), and no-code/low-code tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, and Airtable. You'll gain hands-on experience building smart, scalable automations that solve real business problems for digital agencies.
• Selection Criteria

Education Background

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
• Fundamental coursework in AI, machine learning, or data analytics (at least one foundational course completed or in progress).

Technical Skills

• Programming: Working knowledge of Python and popular libraries (requests, pandas, NumPy)
• AI/ML APIs: Interest in AI/ML APIs (OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, etc.)
• No-Code/Low Code Platforms: Familiarity with or willingness to learn no-code/Low Code platforms like: Zapier, n8n, Make (Integromat), Airtable, Google Workspace automation, etc.
• Data Handling: Understanding of basic statistics, data cleaning, and data manipulation (e.g., familiarity with libraries like NumPy, Pandas in Python).
• Machine Learning Basics: Familiarity with concepts like regression, classification, model training, and evaluation metrics.

Soft Skills & Mindset

• Curiosity-driven Mindset and eagerness to experiment and build quickly
• Clear communicator with the ability to document work and explain ideas
• Collaboration: Ability to work in teams and follow project guidelines
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrate initiative in identifying challenges and brainstorming solutions

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory, But Nice To Have)

• Experience with webhooks, API integrations, or GitHub projects
• Exposure to Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch)
• Experience with version control (GitHub)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Plotly, etc.)
• Any prior project experience, even if it's a university capstone or personal project

• Internship Structure & Responsibilities

Orientation & Training (Week 1)

• Overview of E2M Solutions' AI consulting approach and automation philosophy
• Tool and framework introduction (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make, Airtable, Python environments)
• Best practices in project management, documentation, and automation workflows

Hands-On Projects (Weeks 2–10)

• Interns are assigned to real automation projects under the guidance of a project lead or mentor
• Tasks may include:
• Building no-code/Low Code workflows and automations
• Integrating AI APIs into business processes
• Writing Python scripts for data processing and API connections
• Testing and optimizing automation workflows
• Creating documentation and user guides

Progress Reviews (Ongoing)

• Weekly check-ins with mentors and monthly performance evaluations to ensure continuous learning and alignment with project goals
• Regular feedback sessions on automation builds and code reviews

Final Presentation & Assessment (Last Week)

• Interns present their automation projects and demonstrate the solutions they helped build
• Showcase both technical implementation and business impact
• Feedback and assessment sessions determine potential offers for full-time roles
