Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 support for HCL Commerce applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across application, integration, and infrastructure layers.
- Perform performance tuning and optimization of HCL Commerce applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective technical solutions.
- Manage and support deployment environments on AWS/Azure cloud platforms.
- Document issues, root cause analysis, and resolutions to maintain a robust knowledge base.
- Ensure effective client communication and deliver timely updates on issue resolution.
- Follow ITIL best practices in incident, problem, and change management processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in HCL Commerce (formerly IBM WebSphere Commerce) support/implementation.
- Strong proficiency in Java, JSP, and REST APIs.
- Expertise in HCL Commerce architecture and subsystems.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and log analysis.
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for large-scale e-commerce platforms.
- Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in client-facing roles with strong documentation skills.
Good to Have
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines).
- Experience with microservices and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of database optimization (DB2, Oracle, or similar).
