Job Description

We are hiring a skilled North Indian Chef for a reputed cloud kitchen in Rajkot. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing authentic North Indian dishes and managing kitchen operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a wide range of North Indian dishes with consistency and high quality.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Assist in menu planning and introducing new North Indian recipes.
• Manage ingredients, stock, and daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure timely food preparation and coordination with the service team.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in North Indian cuisine (Cloud kitchen/Hotel/Restaurant).
• Good knowledge of North Indian gravies, breads, starters, and tandoor items.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality.
• Team player with good communication skills.
